Our History

Founded by George Grant and Alastair Tweedie at the end of 2007, Housing Technology published its first edition in January 2008 and has been serving the sector ever since. What began as a specialist publication has grown into a broader platform spanning editorial, events and on-demand content, while staying true to its core purpose – trusted, sector-specific insight for UK housing.

Sebastian Emerson is Housing Technology’s Digital Manager, overseeing the platform’s digital operations and online experience. He plays an important role in supporting and developing HT’s digital offer.
