Three days a week supporting our resident scrutiny panel, running estate walkabouts and making sure tenant feedback reaches the people who can act on it.
About the role
This is a front-line role in a busy housing services team. You will own a patch of your own, build relationships with residents and make sure issues are picked up before they escalate.
What you will be doing
- Act as the first point of contact for residents on your patch, in person, by phone and by email.
- Manage cases end to end and keep the housing management system accurate and up to date.
- Work with colleagues in repairs, income and support to resolve complex cases.
- Contribute to service reviews and help shape how the team works.
What we are looking for
- Experience in social housing, customer service or a related front-line setting.
- Confidence handling difficult conversations calmly and fairly.
- Strong written English — you will be writing case notes other people rely on.
What we offer
A genuine commitment to flexible working, a generous holiday allowance that grows with service, an employer pension contribution well above the statutory minimum, and a learning budget you are actually expected to spend. We are happy to talk about part-time hours, compressed weeks and job shares at interview.
